Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 7–14 business days).

Final shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • StriveFitCo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days (with photos) so we can review your case.
